In 2022, the new year of Imin (壬寅年) has been bright. The year of Im In is the year of the ‘black tiger’, a symbol of courage and strength.
In the new year, I hope that it will be a year to overcome the pandemic crisis with tiger energy and restore daily life.

2021 was expected to be the first year of the end of the pandemic through vaccination and harsh geolidugi, but we are still passing through a long tunnel called Corona 19. And this crisis has led to a global transportation crisis, soaring raw material prices, inflation and rising interest rates, and hardships continue for individuals and businesses as well as for the nation. We are also enduring the time of hardship, but the intensity of the hardship is toxic.
Pumpster is the second affiliate established with the goal of localizing parts, and has entered its 8th year this year. Although sales are still highly dependent on the parent company, it is encouraging that sales increased from last year's negative growth.

Research projects are also steadily progressing, and efforts to commercialize R&D are also brightening the future of Pumpster.

However, it should be clearly remembered that positive expectations and reality are not always the same. Product quality and delivery delays, which have always been problematic, have offset even the competitiveness of the parent company, and eventually put a brake on Pumpster's growth. Quality and delivery deadlines should not vary depending on the customer, and research and development should focus on improving product performance and developing and commercializing new products, not research for tasks.

The cause of various problems that occurred over the year was the lack of communication and the resulting lack of collaboration.
Let's all remember our first mindset.

I also remember the trembling and mindset of the first start, and if you also return to the beginning, be considerate of others and stick to the basics, the current growing pains will become nourishment for greater growth.
As the CEO, I try to make the best decision and the best choice every time the moment of concern and decision comes, but I know that it is not easy.

I will repay you with the best decision and choice that I can make with more agony and careful consideration.
